Meet Chance Kinney
Chance Kinney is the heart and soul behind Precision Powerwashing. He is dedicated to restoring the beauty of homes and buildings throughout the community. His passion for providing top-notch service and his commitment to customer satisfaction sets him apart. When he’s not wielding a pressure washer, you can find him fishing at the beach with his family, or taking care of odds & end projects at home, and handling his full time job as a Pest Control Technician with Mokihana Pest Control. Chance is always looking for the next opportunity to connect with customers and make a difference.
My Journey
After nearly a decade working as a pest control technician, I saw firsthand how many residential and commercial properties could benefit from professional powerwashing. That experience inspired me to start Precision Powerwashing with one clear goal: to help homeowners restore and maintain the beauty of their property.
My journey began with months of research and preparation. I took the time to learn which systems deliver the best results and which solutions work best for each type of surface. Because of that commitment, I'm proud to offer full-service power washing using top-of-the-line equipment and proven methods that produce consistent, high quality results.
My Motivation
Beyond the work itself, my greatest motivation is my family. I'm a happily married father of four beautiful children, and building a business that allows me to provide for them—and give them the childhood I didn't have—was a major driving force behind starting Precision Powerwashing.
